Time: 10am – 1pm

The course will begin at 10am prompt so please arrive on time, if you are running late or can no longer attend please contact us.


Location: 1st Floor, 2 Weald Rd, Brentwood CM14 4SX (at the mini roundabout opposite anytime fitness. Our entrance door is to the right hand side of 2 weald road next to the alleyway)


Parking:
 William hunter way car park, 74 western road, Brentwood, CM14 4SS- Eclipse School of Beauty is a 1minute walk from this carpark, walk towards anytime fitness.


Dress code: Please wear a beauty tunic if you have one, alternatively, smart black clothes and flat shoes for health and safety reasons.

Model:
 There are no live student models on this course. It’s a day to watch, learn and ask questions. Videos and photos may be taken.

Equipment: Everything will be provided for you on the day including pens, colour manual which is yours to take away.

Certificate:
 Please confirm the full name you would like on your certificate by replying to this email.
We will contact you before your course date to confirm that you are attending and okay with all the details about the course.

Support:
 You will recieve full support via our WhatsApp group with dozens of experienced aestheticians. You will be given access to a 24hour hotline in case of emergency, and you can re sit the course again for free as a refresher should you wish.

Payment and Remaining Balance:
 The course price is £399. If you have only paid the £50 deposit, your remaining balance will be £349. Any remaining course fees can be paid in cash or card on the day. However, if you would like to pay your remaining balance before your course date, bank transfers must be paid to:
Eclipse School of Beauty. Account number: 78464005, Sort code: 51-70-14. Please use your full name as the reference on the transfer.

Cancellation & Refund Policy: Notice of cancellation must be received in writing, by post or email, and is subject to the following terms:
Where notice of cancellation is received more than 14 days prior to the first day of the course, the payee will be eligible to reimbursement of the course fee, or deposit minus the administration fee of £50.
Where notice of cancellation is received less than 14 days prior to the first day of the course, the payee will not be eligible to reimbursement of any course fee, or deposit/instalments paid there of.
No refund of fees will be made for absence due to illness or for withdrawal during the course for any reason, or at any point during the course.
The instalments will remain payable if any absence or withdrawal.
Any approved refunds may take 10 working days to be processed.
